Die eigene Führungsarbeit optimieren: Unser Aufbauseminar Vom Kollegen zum Vorgesetzten II geht gezielt auf die hohen und vielseitigen Anforderungen an Führungskräfte ein. Sie lernen psychologische Grundlagen kennen. Sie erfahren, welche praktischen Handlungsmöglichkeiten Sie in Konflikten und zur Motivation Ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter haben. Sie trainieren, mit welcher Grundeinstellung Sie sich Konflikten zuwenden sollten, und lernen, welche bewährten Verhaltensweisen Sie bei Konflikten einsetzen können.
