Workshop: Praxisorientierte Ermittlung von Messunsicherheiten

 

Verfahren und Methoden in der Anwendung

Internationale Normen zur Akkreditierung von Prüf- und Kalibrierlaboratorien, federführend die weltweit anerkannte Norm DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, verlangen die Angabe von Unsicherheiten für ermittelte und dokumentierte Messergebnisse. Basis für die Ermittlung der Messunsicherheit ist der „Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”, kurz GUM genannt.

Ziel der Weiterbildung

Vorgestellt werden praxisorientierte Verfahren und Methoden zur Ermittlung von Messunsicherheiten gemäß „Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement“ kurz GUM genannt. Desweiteren werden die in der DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 geforderte Bewertung der Ergebnisse, einschließlich der sich daraus ergebenden notwendigen Konformitätsbestimmung behandelt. Besonderer Wert wird dabei auf einfache und praktische Umsetzung gelegt. Voraussetzung dafür sind die mathematischen Grundlagen für die Bildung der unterschiedlichen Modelle und die Analyse der Unsicherheit. Ebenso wichtig für die Ermittlung der Messunsicherheiten ist die Kenntnis über die Voraussetzungen, die für verlässliche Messungen notwendig sind.
Weitere Schwerpunkte des Seminars sind die Interpretation von Herstellerspezifikationen von Messgeräten und die praktische Umsetzung dieser manchmal sehr komplexen und schwer interpretierbaren Angaben. Über zahlreiche Beispiele und Übungen erlernen die Teilnehmer die Herangehensweise an diese Aufgaben.
