Verfahren und Methoden in der Anwendung

Internationale Normen zur Akkreditierung von Prüf- und Kalibrierlaboratorien, federführend die weltweit anerkannte Norm DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, verlangen die Angabe von Unsicherheiten für ermittelte und dokumentierte Messergebnisse. Basis für die Ermittlung der Messunsicherheit ist der „Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”, kurz GUM genannt.
