Piezoelektrische Keramiken

Piezoelektrische Keramiken sind spezielle ferroelektrische Werkstoffe, die durch Polung nutzbare piezoelektrische Eigenschaften besitzen. Piezokeramiken auf der Basis des binären Systems von Bleizirkonat PbZrO3 und Bleititanat PbTiO3 (PZT) werden wegen ihrer exzellenten, auf die jeweiligen Anwendungen zugeschnittenen physikalischen Eigenschaften favorisiert. Die Fertigung der piezoelektrischen Keramiken erfolgt im Wesentlichen durch konventionelle Aufbereitung und thermische Reaktion von Pulverkomponenten nach der Mischoxidtechnik. Dank der großen Vielfalt der aus ihnen herstellbaren Bauteile kommen die piezoelektrischen Keramiken für elektromechanische Wandler in vielen technischen Bereichen zum Einsatz.

Ziel der Weiterbildung

In diesem Seminar werden die physikalischen Grundlagen und die wesentlichen Aspekte einer praktischen Anwendung in den Bereichen Aktorik, Sensorik und Ultraschalltechnik behandelt.
