Ansprüche erkennen, dokumentieren, prüfen, berechnen

Die Gründe für Bauablaufstörungen sind zahlreich. Die hieraus entstehenden Kosten werden baubegleitend zum Streitpunkt der baubeteiligten Parteien und wirken sich ohne eine gütliche Einigung auf den weiteren Bauablauf negativ aus. 
Aufgrund oftmals überzogen hoher und unbelegter Forderungen des Auftragnehmers wird es insbesondere dem öffentlichen Auftraggeber zunehmend erschwert, sich außergerichtlich zu einigen. Für die Beilegung etwaiger Streitigkeiten sind objektive Bewertungskriterien erforderlich, welche den Ansprüchen der aktuellen Rechtsprechung gehorchen und in Dokumentation und Prüfung einen Entschädigungsanspruch nachprüfbar belegen.
