Intensivkurs Löten (inkl. Handlöten) von SMD-Bauteilen
  • Das Seminar vermittelt die Grundlagen des Lötens von SMD-Bauteilen auf Leiterplatten. In praktischen Übungen werden Techniken und Lötprozesse aus der Praxis für fachgerechte und robuste Lötstellen vermittelt. 
  • Die Begutachtung der Lötstellenqualität findet nach bekannten IPC-Normen statt.
  • Für Reparatur- und Entwicklungszwecke ist auch der Prozess des Entlötens wichtig. Deshalb wird zusätzlich erläutert, wie man mit normalem Lötkolben die Bauteile entlötet.
