In der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaproduktion ist das Thema Hygienic Design mittlerweile in zahlreichen Regelwerken fest etabliert. 
Dennoch bleiben Fragen: Was genau ist darunter zu verstehen? Warum ist das Ganze notwendig? Gibt es Grundprinzipien? Wie sollte eine Maschine idealerweise schon in der Konzeptionsphase hygienegerecht ausgelegt werden? 
Dieses Seminar legt ein Fundament zum Verständnis und zur Realisierung des Hygienic Design für Komponenten, Maschinen & Anlagen.
