FMEA-Analyse Basis-Kurs mit Übungen

Die Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalyse (FMEA) ist heute die am meisten angewandte und branchenübergreifende Methode zur präventiven Fehlervermeidung und Know-how Dokumentation. Mit der FMEA-Methode werden im Vorfeld Produkte und Prozesse systematisch modelliert und auf Risiken analysiert. Mit geeigneten Maßnahmen werden die möglichen Ursachen rechtzeitig reduziert und dokumentiert.

  • Erhöhung des Nutzens einer FMEA
  • Einsatzmöglichkeiten, Nutzen und Ziele der FMEA (nach aktueller AIAG-VDA, IATF 16949)
  • aktuelle Anforderungen an die Inhalte der FMEA-Methode, insbesondere Anforderungen an die Dokumentation, mit praktischen Beispielen
  • effiziente Durchführung von FMEA als Projekt
  • Analyse in 7 Schritten
  • Schnittstellenabstimmungen
  • FMEA als Absicherung bei Produkthaftung und Regressforderungen
In diesem praxisorientierten Seminar erlernen Sie durch Theorie und praktische Übungen die Umsetzung der Methode. Bei richtiger Anwendung werden Entwickler unterstützt sowie Zeit und Geld eingespart.
