In dieser Weiterbildung erhalten Sie eine umfassende Einführung in die rechtlichen Pflichten, die Betreiber von Gebäuden und gebäudetechnischen Anlagen gemäß Gesetz, Vertrag und technischen Regelwerken erfüllen müssen. Sie lernen, wie Sie innerbetriebliche Strukturen (Fach- und Dienstvorgesetzte) sowie Abläufe (Beschaffung, Fremdfirmenkoordination, Instandhaltung, Fortbildung, Mängelbehebung, Vermietungen) rechtswirksam gestalten und Ihre Pflichten effektiv auf Dritte delegieren können. Ergänzend zu diesem Grundlagenseminar haben Sie die Möglichkeit, in einem eintägigen Seminar vertiefende Kenntnisse über die rechtlichen Pflichten zum Betrieb und Instandhalten von Aufzugsanlagen, Elektroanlagen, Trinkwasserinstallationen, Verdunstungskühlanlagen gemäß Gesetz, Vertrag und technischen Regelwerken zu erwerben.
