Aktuelle Haftungsfragen für Tragwerksplaner und Prüfingenieure*

Die jüngere Rechtsprechung des BGH hat Haftungsprivilegien der Prüfenden (zum Teil) eine Absage erteilt. Zugleich unterscheiden sich die Regelungen der Bundesländer zur bautechnischen Prüfung. Die daraus entstandenen Unklarheiten will das Seminar beseitigen. Daneben gibt es einen Überblick über die wesentlichen Grundlagen der Haftung im Rahmen der Tragwerksplanung. Aktuelle Rechtsprechung zur Tragwerksplanerhaftung wird erörtert und zur Haftung der Prüfer abgegrenzt. 

Ziel der Weiterbildung

Die Haftung der Tragwerksplaner wird anhand aktueller Urteile dargestellt. Das Seminar erklärt die komplexe Systematik der Haftung der Prüfingenieure und Prüfsachverständigen. 

Das Seminar gibt Antwort auf wichtige Fragen wie:  
  • Wann und wofür haftet neben den Planenden auch der Prüfende?  
  • Welche Rolle spielt das Recht des jeweiligen Bundeslandes?  
  • Was genau sind die Merkmale der Amtshaftung?  
  • Wann ergibt es Sinn, auch den Prüfenden in Anspruch zu nehmen?  
  • Welche Pflichten umfasst die stichprobenhafte Überwachung der Ausführung nach den Bauprüfverordnungen?

Das Seminar ist gemäß der Weiterbildungsordnung der Ingenieurkammer Baden-Württemberg anerkannt.
Das Seminar ist gemäß der Weiterbildungsordnung der Ingenieurkammer-Bau Nordrhein-Westfalen mit 8 Unterrichtseinheiten anerkannt.

Diese Veranstaltung wird von der Architektenkammer Baden-Württemberg als Fort-/Weiterbildung mit einem Umfang von 8 Unterrichtsstunden für Mitglieder und Architekten/Stadtplaner im Praktikum für die Fachrichtung Architektur anerkannt.
