Produktsicherheit. Regulatory Affairs. Umweltrecht. Drei Kernthemen der Product Compliance bilden auch wieder die Inhalte des 5. Product Compliance Dialogs (#pcd25).

Am 22.-23. Mai 2025 tauschen sich Vertreter:innen aus Wirtschaft, Konsumgüterindustrie, Marktaufsichtsbehörden und den Prüfstellen in Berlin über brandaktuelle Themen der Product Compliance aus. Die Schwerpunkte liegen in diesem Jahr auf der Produktsicherheitsverordnung und der Produkthaftungsrichtlinie, der Batterieverordnung und der Ökodesignverordnung, auf Rückrufen und Marktmaßnahmen, der EUDR, Chemical Compliance und der KI-Verordnung.
