Globales Recruiting: Wie finde ich internationale Fachkräfte für mein Unternehmen?

Der Fachkräftemangel ist eine der größten Herausforderungen für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) in Deutschland. Die internationale Personalbeschaffung bietet Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, den Fachkräftebedarf zu decken und gleichzeitig neue Märkte zu erschließen.

Die IHK Ostwürttemberg lädt am 17. April 2024 um 10:00 Uhr zu einer kostenfreien Online-Veranstaltung zum Thema "Globales Recruiting: Wie finde ich internationale Fachkräfte für mein Unternehmen?" ein.

Expertinnenwissen und praktische Tipps
Sarah Pierenkemper, Senior Economist für Fachkräftesicherung am Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft (IW Köln), wird in einem Impulsvortrag die Chancen der Auslandsrekrutierung erläutern. Susanne Lüdemann und Figen Sülün von der Regionalen Koordinationsstelle Fachkräfteeinwanderung informieren über die Rahmenbedingungen bei der Fachkräfteeinwanderung aus Drittstaaten und stellen konkrete Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten für Unternehmen vor.
Im Anschluss an die Vorträge haben die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer die Gelegenheit, Fragen zu stellen und mit den Expertinnen zu diskutieren.
