Prozesse müssen leben! Erst einmal nichts Neues. Damit aber über die reine Dokumentation von Verfahrensanweisungen oder Standard Operating Procedures hinaus auch ein Denken und Handeln in Prozessen gelingt, ist ein integriertes KVP-System erforderlich. KVP (Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess) umfasst z. B. eine positive Fehler- und Lernkultur, leistungsfähige Methoden und Tools (u. a. Lean-Management, Kanban-Boards, 7V, 5S) sowie eine akzeptierte Rollen- und Gremienlandschaft (z. B. KVP-Teams). Im Ergebnis wird der Regelkreis-Gedanke zum Normalzustand und KVP im Unternehmen dauerhaft zum Leben erweckt.
