In diesem eintägigen Intensivseminar erhalten die Teilnehmer einen umfassenden Einblick in die Grundlagen, Anforderungen und Kernfunktionen des Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Dabei wird auch die Abgrenzung zum Project Portfolio Management (PPM) erläutert, um die
strategische Bedeutung eines SPM-Systems gegenüber rein projektorientierten Herangehensweisen zu verdeutlichen. Neben Vorträgen und Diskussionen wird besonderes Augenmerk auf Praxisbeispiele gelegt. Im Rahmen einer praktischen Anwendung wird ein exemplarisches SPM-System vorgestellt, sodass die Teilnehmer das Erlernte direkt am Beispiel nachvollziehen können. Ziel ist es, das theoretische Fundament zu stärken und gleichzeitig die praktischen Einsatzmöglichkeiten eines SPM-Systems für den beruflichen Alltag aufzuzeigen.

Lernziele:
  • Systeme und Anforderungen: Überblick über gängige Kernfunktionen von SPM-Systemen und Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Einführung
  • Strategischer Nutzen: Verständnis für die Bedeutung von SPM bei der Umsetzung übergeordneter Unternehmensstrategien
  • Praktischer Einsatz und Best Practices: Entwicklung eines Kriterienkatalogs für die Auswahl eines SPM-Systems und Kenntnis von möglichen Stolpersteinen
  • Anwendung in der Praxis: Durchführung einer praktischen Übung in einem beispielhaften SPM-System
