Fehler in der Bewertung von Immobilien bergen erhebliche Haftungsrisiken, denn für unsachgemäße Gutachten wird man schnell haftbar gemacht. Da können schnell hohe Summen zusammen kommen. Daher müssen Betroffene für eine hieb- und stichfeste Bewertung den Wert einer Immobilie marktgerecht veranschlagen. Eine fachgerechte Marktwertermittlung erfordert neben einem Grundwissen bautechnischer Belange vor allem fundierte wertermittlungstechnische, finanzmathematische und juristische Fachkenntnisse.

Ziele & Nutzen
  • In fünf Tagen werden Sie praxisnah zur/m Sachverständigen der Immobilienbewertung ausgebildet. Nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme können Sie ihr erworbenes Wissen unmittelbar anwenden.
  • Sie erhalten das erforderliche Bewertungs-Know-how über die unterschiedlichen normierten Wertermittlungsverfahren bis hin zu einer qualifizierten Gutachtenerstellung. Es werden die Grundlagen der ImmoWertV2010 gelehrt, selbstverständlich aber mit Einbindung der betreffenden geänderten Paragrafen der ImmoWertv2021. So sind Sie ideal auf den Berufsalltag und die DEKRA-Abschlussprüfung vorbereitet.
  • Nach bestandener Prüfung durch die DEKRA Certification GmbH erhalten Sie ein DEKRA-Zertifikat. Das Bestehen der Zertifizierungsprüfung berechtigt Sie auch zum Führen des DEKRA-Siegels.
