KI wird für Leistungssteigerungen gepriesen. Große Sprachmodelle (LLM) sind weit fortgeschritten und mit überschaubarem Aufwand umsetzbar. Allgemeine Ansätze im Bereich Machine Learning benötigen viel Wissen über den Anwendungsbereich und erfordern Aufwand für das Training der KI.

Die Verknüpfung von KI und Automatisierung birgt Risiken wie hohe Investitionen, komplexe Implementierung und Abhängigkeit von Anbietern. Zudem stellen Datenqualität und IT-Sicherheit Herausforderungen dar. Ohne klare Strategie droht die Gefahr, dass die erhoffte Effizienz in kostspieligen Insellösungen verpufft.
