8th International Hybrid Power Plants & Systems Workshop
The 8th Hybrid Power Plants & Systems Workshop will be held on 14–15 May 2024 in Ponta Delgada on the Azores.
The workshop focuses on illuminating discussions surrounding Hybrid Power Systems, Micro-Grids, Island Power Systems, and Hybrid Power Plants. This event promises international participants a wealth of insights through presentations covering grid aspects, system studies, design considerations, and ancillary services pertaining to both Hybrid Power Systems and Hybrid Power Plants.
Over the course of two days, this conference will host 50+ esteemed international experts who will delve into recent market developments, showcase notable advancements, tackle challenges, and share invaluable project experiences. The workshop caters specifically, but not exclusively, to system planners, designers, small system operators, project developers, consultants, universities, research institutes, regulators, NGOs, and technology vendors specializing in distributed variable generation and storage technology.
Abstract submissions are welcomed until 15 January 2024.
Presented papers will be published on the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexing in IET Inspec, Ei Compendex and Scopus.
