Leitungsdurchführung durch Decken im Bestand

Ziel

Haustechnische Installationen normgerecht zu planen und fachgerecht auszuführen ist an sich schon ein komplexes Thema. In Bestandsgebäuden kommt hinzu, dass die Bauteile brandschutztechnisch häufig nicht den heutigen bauordnungsrechtlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Dies trifft insbesondere auf Decken zu, so dass sich nur wenig zugelassene Systeme für die Leitungsdurchführung finden.

Im Rahmen des Seminars werden zunächst der typische Aufbau und die Besonderheiten von häufigen Deckenkonstruktionen im Bestand vorgestellt. Aufbauend darauf werden Lösungsvorschläge für die Leitungsdurchführung vorgestellt und diskutiert und Hinweise für die praktische Umsetzung gegeben.
