Erfahrungsbericht aus der Praxis: Holz, Mut und Visionen – Collegium Academicum

Ziel

Das Collegium Academicum ist Wohnheim und Begegnungsstätte für Studierende und junge Berufstätige.  Die Bauherrschaft aus ehemaligen Studierenden hat in Eigeninitiative Fördermittel und Unterstützer organisiert, um bezahlbaren, selbstverwalteten und ökologisch vertretbaren Wohnraum zu bauen. Im Mittelpunkt der Konstruktion stehen Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation. Das einzigartige Tragwerk ist eine rückbaubare Holzkonstruktion, welche durch form- und kraftschlüssige “Nur-Holz-Verbindungen” gefügt wird. Hier wurden alte, traditionelle Zimmermannsverbindungen neu gedacht und wirksam eingesetzt.
