Bewertung von Bauteilen im Bestand – Feuerwiderstand

Ziel

Der Feuerwiderstand von Tragwerken in Bestandsgebäuden gilt als ausreichend, sofern keine Nutzungsänderungen oder Umbauten erfolgen und die Standsicherheit gewährleistet bleibt. Erfolgt jedoch eine Nutzungsänderung, ist eine Bewertung nach aktuellen Normen erforderlich. Wie die Bewertung der Feuerwiderstandsklasse von Bestandsbauteilen erfolgen kann, ist Gegenstand des Seminars. Es werden Rechtsgrundlagen und Nachweismöglichkeiten für verschiedene Bauteile dargelegt und an Praxisbeispielen erläutert. Auch werden möglichen Abweichungen bzw. Erleichterungen dargestellt, die alternative Bauausführungen möglich machen.
