Zum Berufsalltag von Laborleiterinnen und Laborleitern gehört neben den Tätigkeiten in Führung und Management das Einhalten und Überwachen von Gesetzen, Verordnungen und sonstigen Vorschriften bzw. Rechtsnormen. Die Funktion der Laborleitung spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle, da sie dafür Sorge trägt, dass in ihrem Verantwortungsbereich Prozesse vorschriftsmäßig ablaufen.

  • sind Ihnen die rechtlichen Anforderungen der Gefahrstoffverordnung bekannt.
  • wissen Sie, wer welche Verantwortung im Arbeitsschutz hat.
