Share Your Work on Hydrogen-Related Materials Challenges
Hydrogen plays a central role in strategies to decarbonize energy systems and to enable sustainable energy storage. At the same time, its interaction with materials poses complex scientific and technological challenges. In particular, high-pressure applications and hydrogen storage systems require materials that maintain reliability and performance under demanding environmental conditions.
The conference provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers and practitioners from materials science, engineering, chemistry, and physics. Contributions are invited that address hydrogen embrittlement, hydrogen-resistant materials, storage technologies, advanced characterization and testing methods, and modeling approaches across length scales.
By bringing together expertise from fundamental research and application-oriented development, the event aims to strengthen exchange within the community and to advance robust solutions for hydrogen-related technologies.
We encourage you to submit your contribution and to share this call within your professional network. Detailed information on submission guidelines, key dates, and the conference program is available on the conference website.
We look forward to your contributions and to welcoming you to Kassel.
Submission Deadline: 23. September 2026
