Dieser Workshop ist eine Vertiefung aus dem Impulsworkshop auf der "talent transfair" vom 23. Mai 2024, kann aber unabhängig davon besucht werden. Er vertieft den Überblick über das vorgestellte Persönlichkeitsmodell mit 2 Persönlichkeitstests, die die Ausprägungen deiner Persönlichkeit unter „normalen“ Bedingungen bzw. unter Stress aufzeigen.

Mit diesem Wissen wird deine Vorstellung, wie deine Karriereziele zu dir passen, konkret und du kannst leichter nach deinem idealen Arbeitgeber und deinem idealen Arbeitsplatz suchen.
