Kurzbeschreibung:
  • Gemeinsame Analyse und Handlungsfelder-Definition für das aktuelle Employer Branding bzw. den Status der Arbeitgebermarke
Umfang:
  • Vorbereitung: Kundenfragebögen, Desk Research, Sichtung bereitgestellter Materialien und Zugänge
  • Durchführung: 4 h Präsenzworkshop zzgl. An- und Abreise
  • Nachbereitung: Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse in Ergebnispräsentation und 1-seitiger Management Summary
Gesamtaufwand:
  • 6-7 Manntage
Ziele:
  • Einbringen der Außenperspektive auf die Arbeitgebermarke zur gemeinsamen Identifikation und Definition von Handlungsfeldern
  • Befähigung der Kunden zu nächsten Schritten und Entscheidungen
  • Expertise und Kreativität von BUTTER.People erleben
  • Conversion in Projekte

  • Erstellung/Adaption von Fragebögen für die Kunden (Vorbereitung auf WS)
  • Check von EVP, EB-Strategie und anderen markenstrategischen Grundlagen (falls bereitgestellt)

  • Planung und Konzeption des Workshops
