Wie sieht die Zukunft des BGM aus?

Die Zukunft des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements erfordert eine flexible und ganzheitliche Strategie, die auf die dynamischen Herausforderungen der Arbeitswelt reagiert. Führungskräfte müssen eine gesundheitsfördernde Kultur prägen und moderne Technologien gezielt nutzen, um Mitarbeitende langfristig zu stärken. Während Digitalisierung neue Chancen eröffnet, setzen auch gesetzliche Vorgaben neue Maßstäbe für Unternehmen. Entscheidend wird sein, physische und psychische Gesundheit nicht isoliert, sondern als integralen Bestandteil einer nachhaltigen Unternehmensstrategie zu betrachten. 

Prof. Dr. Volker Nürnberg, Head of Healthcare bei BearingPoint und Dozent an mehreren Hochschulen, wird in seinem Vortrag „Die Zukunft des BGM“ die Trends und Entwicklungen im BGM skizzieren, die Unternehmen jetzt nutzen sollten, um zukunftsfähig zu bleiben. Nach seinem Vortrag wird er Fragen der Teilnehmer beantworten.
