Gesundheit im Fokus Oberursel

Am 26./27. Oktober 2024 findet im Rathaus und der Stadthalle Oberursel bereits zum 20. Mal die Gesundheitsmesse "Gesundheit im Fokus" statt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen das Konzept der Salutogenese, ganzheitliche Gesundheit und die Quellen des Wohlbefindens, auch gesunde, jüngere Menschen sind angesprochen. „Gesundheit im Fokus“ bietet viele Informationen, Vorträge zu relevanten Gesundheitsaspekten und Aktionen, an denen sich die Gäste beteiligen können. Schwerpunkte werden sein sportliche und mentale Aktivität, die Stärkung der Vitalität, ein genussvoller Lebensstil mit Maß sowie Voraussetzungen für eine gute Versorgung und Hilfsangebote in schwierigen Lebensphasen.

Mit dabei ist die brainLight GmbH mit einer Wellness-Lounge, in der Besucher, Veranstalter und Aussteller entspannen und mehr über das einzigartige Konzept von audio-visueller Tiefenentspannung mit Shiatsu-Massage erfahren können.
