Energie- und Stromsteuergesetz 2026 – KOMPAKT

Das Dritte Gesetz zur Änderung des Energie‑ und Stromsteuergesetzes wurde offiziell im Bundesgesetzblatt Teil I Nr. 340 am 22. Dezember 2025 verkündet (BGBl. I 2025, Nr. 340, Ausgabedatum und Ausfertigungsdatum: 22.12.2025). Die neuen Regelungen sind überwiegend zum 1. Januar 2026 in Kraft getreten.

Das Kompaktseminar „Neue gesetzliche und administrative Regelungen des Energiesteuer- und Stromsteuergesetzes 2026“ fasst die aktuellen (2025) sowie die  Neuregelungen (2026) und deren Auswirkungen in einem vierstündigen Kompaktseminar zusammen.

Bringen Sie ihre Kenntnisse des Energie- und Stromsteuerrechts, der jeweiligen Durchführungsverordnungen sowie der Verwaltungspraxis effektiv auf den neuesten Stand.

Dieses Kompakt-Seminar setzt gute Kenntnisse des Energie- und Stromsteuergesetzes voraus. Es werden lediglich die Neuregelungen und die damit einhergehenden Veränderungen besprochen.
