Bauabwicklung Grundlagen III - Abnahme, Abrechnung und Rechnungsprüfung

Im abschließenden Teil der dreiteiligen Online-Seminarreihe zu den Grundlagen der Bauabwicklung stehen Abnahme, Abrechnung und Rechnungsprüfung im Fokus.

Welche Arten der Abnahme einer Bauleistung existieren und was ist dabei zu beachten? Welche formalen und inhaltlichen Vorgaben existieren hinsichtlich der Rechnungen? Wann sind Rechnungen prüffähig?

Die Prüfung und Bewertung der Rechnungen stellen einen wichtigen Abschluss der Bauabwicklung dar. Im Online-Seminar wird auch auf Nachtrags-Positionen, Zahlungsmodalitäten und Fristen eingegangen – und selbstverständlich auf das Thema der Stundenlohnarbeiten.
