Bauabwicklung Grundlagen II - Bauüberwachung

Im zweiten Teil der dreiteiligen Online-Seminarreihe zu den Grundlagen der Bauabwicklung steht die Bauüberwachung im Fokus. Dabei werden zuerst die Ziele einer Bauabwicklung herausgearbeitet. Anschließend werden Notwendigkeit und Häufigkeit der Kontrollen thematisiert. Wie häufig muss die Planerin bzw. der Planer auf die Baustelle?

Unmittelbar mit den Haftungsfragen in Verbindung steht die zu erstellende Dokumentation des Bauablaufs und der Kontrollen.

Praxisnah wird insbesondere auf die Regelungen der VOB und des BGB eingegangen.
