Quo vadis Datenschutz in Deutschland

Mit Einführung der DSGVO 2018 wurde sie eine verbindliche gültige Rechtsnorm für alle EU-Staaten zum Thema Datenschutz. Bei uns in der Bundesrepublik gibt es immer wieder Bestrebungen an den vorhandenen gesetzlichen Regelungen - BDSG und die Bundesländer betreffenden Datenschutzgesetze- zu verändern. Weil zu bürokratisch, schwerfällig und unüberschaubar. So werden zur Zeit die von Politik gestellten Anträgen der Länderkammer (Bundesrat) zu einer Neugestaltung des BDSG begründet. Ziel dieses Vortrags ist es die Wichtigkeit der zur Zeit gültigen gesetzlichen Normen für den Datenschutz in den Mittelpunkt des wirtschaftlichen Handelns der Unternehmerschaft zu stellen. Bei richtiger Anwendung kann für jede juristische Person ein wirtschaftlicher Gewinn für die Zukunft erwachsen.
