Erfolgreiche Verlängerung der TÜV-Zertifizierung nach ISO 9001 für SUBITO

Drei Jahre nach der Erstzertifizierung des Unternehmens meistert SUBITO sein erstes Wiederholungsaudit und weitet die Zertifizierung aus

Im Oktober 2011 wurde im Rahmen des Wiederholungsaudits das Qualitätsmanagement-System auf seine Wirksamkeit überprüft. Viele neue Anregungen wurden aufgenommen und wichtige Grundsteine für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung wurden gelegt.

Das Zertifikat für SUBITO wird auf Empfehlung des TÜV Süd um drei Jahre verlängert. Im Auditbericht werden das Managementsystem und die Motivation der Mitarbeiter positiv gelobt. Damit ist ein wichtiges Ziel erreicht, das SUBITO bei künftigen Aufgaben unterstützen wird und gegenüber den Kunden ein funktionierendes QM-System bescheinigt.

Auch die Berliner Inkassogesellschaft (BIG) in Hamburg, ein Unternehmen der SUBITO Gruppe wurde erstmals erfolgreich nach ISO 9001 zertifiziert.
