QuestBack und IDG veröffentlichen gemeinsam die CMO Perspectives-Studie 2014

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben die QuestBack GmbH und die IDG erfolgreich zusammen gearbeitet: So entstand die neue CMO Perspectives-Studie wie auch schon im letztes Jahr mit Hilfe der QuestBack Feedback Enterprise Suite. Bei der Studie wurden die obersten Marketing-Verantwortlichen Deutschlands zu zentralen Marketing Herausforderung im Jahr 2014 befragt. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise Innovationsmanagement, Industrie 4.0 und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Die größten Herausforderungen sehen 45% der befragten Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) im Innovationsmanagement. Mit einigem Abstand, jeweils 34%, folgen die Stärkung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Umgang mit einer wachsenden Zahl an Kommunikationsgeräten und -kanälen.
