Der neue und ausgesprochen preiswerte Box-PC UNO-2272G von Advantech braucht mit einer Grundfläche von 157 x 88mm gerade mal die Standfläche eines Urlaubsfotos - macht im rauhen Industrie-Alltag aber alles andere als Urlaub.

Durch seine lüfterlose Technologie kommt er im Normalbetrieb mit 12W Leistung aus - im "Normalbetrieb" liegt sein Verbrauch eher bei 8W. An Schnittstellen ist nicht gespart worden: frontseitig ist das Gerät mit iDoor-Interface ausgerüstet - damit kann der Kleinrechner nach Belieben mit WLAN-, CANOpen-, Serial-, GSM-, GPRS- etc. Schnittstellen bestückt werden. Auf der Rückseite finden sich zusätzlich 1xGBit-LAN, 3xUSB, RS-232, VGA (1920x1200) und Audio-Anschlüsse.

Der Intel Atom Dual Core N2800-Prozessor mit 1.86GHz Takt macht ihn zu einem zuverlässigen Arbeitspferd in Industrie-, Prozess- und Laborumgebungen.
