Neues ModBus-Interface für die Advantech-Kommunikationsmodule ADAM und APAX

Das neue IPEmotion Release 2014 R2 bietet zusätzliche Funktionen im Bereich Messdatenbearbeitung, der Trafficmessung am CAN-Bus und Simulation. Zusätzlich steht ein neues Modbus PlugIn zur Verfügung, mit dem Modbus-Geräte universell an IPEmotion angebunden werden können.

Das Modbus Plugin für IPEmotion arbeitet im Masterbetrieb und bietet die wichtigsten Funktionen zum Lesen und Schreiben von Modbus-Registern an. Die Geräteanbindung kann über Modbus RTU (Seriell) oder über TCP (Ethernet) erfolgen.

Über die universelle Modbus-Schnittstelle kann man jetzt Messsysteme oder Steuerungsgeräte an die IPEmotion Software anbinden. Dazu gehören z.B. Geräte aus der Advantech ADAM- oder APAX-Serie und eine Vielzahl von weiteren Modbus-fähigen Geräten.
