BMWi fördert Start-ups auf 58 deutschen Messen im Jahr 2017

Die deutschen Messeveranstalter planen 2017 nach gegenwärtigem Stand auf 58 internationalen Messen in Deutschland Beteiligungen junger innovativer Unternehmen; die Aussteller auf den entsprechenden Gemeinschaftsständen werden vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) finanziell unterstützt. Voraussetzung für die Aufnahme von Messen in das Förderprogramm ist unter anderem, dass sie mindestens 15 % ausländische Aussteller und 10 % ausländische Besucher haben und durch die FKM – Gesellschaft zur Freiwilligen Kontrolle von Messe- und Ausstellungszahlen zertifiziert sind.

Das Förderprogramm richtet sich an Start-ups aus Industrie, Handwerk und technologieorientierten Dienstleistungsbereichen. Ziel des Programms ist es, die Vermarktung und insbesondere den Export neuer Produkte und Verfahren von Unternehmen aus Deutschland zu unterstützen. Die teilnehmenden Unternehmen bekommen bei den ersten zwei Messebeteiligungen 60 % der Kosten für Standmiete und Standbau erstattet.
