Farnell element14 bietet ab sofort die magnetoresistiven Sensor-ICs der Nanopower-Serie von Honeywell an. Die neuen ICs sind die ersten ihrer Art am Markt und bieten ein sehr hohe Magnetempfindlichkeit (7 Gauss typischer Betrieb) und benötigen Nanopower von bis zu 360 nA.

Die neuen Nanopower Sensor-ICs sind kleiner, haltbarer und zuverlässiger als Reedschalter und arbeiten dabei mit der gleichen Empfindlichkeit zu den gleichen Kosten. Die neuen Sensor-ICs von Honeywell eignen sich ideal für batteriebetriebene Anwendung mit geringem Energieverbrauch und solche, die größere Luftzwischenräume benötigen.
