Mats Gökstorp new EMVA President

On 9 June 2009 the EMVA Executive Committee elected the new EMVA President, Dr. Mats Gökstorp (SICK), for a term of three years. Mats Gökstorp has been a member of the Executive Committee since the foundation of the EMVA in May 2003 and contributed to its success from the very beginning. Mats Gökstorp is member of the Management Board of SICK and responsible for the Advanced Industrial Sensors Division which includes the Vision Business Unit. Previously he was General Manager of SICK IVP. His educational background includes a doctorate in Machine Vision from Linköping University, Sweden, and a Master of Zgkjqyd ydrs Rzky Pfkhfvk Hedkqsk Ktpcfqbofr wx Ypxk, CQJ.
