Der CAFM-Software und -Service-Anbieter mohnke (m) hat kurz vor dem Fest Grund zum feiern: Gleich drei Kunden haben sich zum Jahresschluss für sein kombiniertes CAFM-Software- und Dienstleistungspaket facility (24) entschieden bzw. den Roll-out gestartet. Die Dortmunder Energie- und Wasserversorgungs GmbH (DEW21), die Hamburger Krematorium GmbH und die Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal flankieren zukünftig ihre FM-Prozesse mit facility (24).

Alle drei Unternehmen nutzen das Basismodul von facility (24) mit Objektmanagement, Instandhaltungsmanagement, technischem Anlagenmanagement und Energiemanagement sowie facility (24) go für den mobilen Zugriff per Smartphone und Tablet.

Die Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal hat sich zusätzlich für die Integration von CAD, Bestandsverwaltung, Bauauftragswesen und Budgetmanagement entschieden.
