16. WM -Tagung zum Bankrecht

Fieldfisher Partner Dr. Thorsten Voß spricht auf der 16. WM-Tagung zum Bankrecht (24 und 25. September in Frankfurt am Main) zum Thema "Crypto Currency-Kapitalanlageprodukte–Regulatorik und Haftungsfragen". Moderiert wird der Kongress von Gerd Nobbe (ehemaliger deutscher Richter am Bundesgerichtshof), weitere Themen sind neben der aktuellen Rechtsprechung des III. und XI. Zivilsenates des BGH u.a. die Änderungen im Rahmen der neuen Prospektverordnung, die Entgelte für Girokonten und Zahlungsverkehrstransaktionen oder die Kreditwürdigkeitsprüfung. Zu den hochkarätigen Referenten gehören u.a. der Vizepräsident des BGH Prof. Dr. Jürgen Ellenberger, RiBGH Dr. Andreas Remmert, Dr. Thomas Preuße (Bundesverband Öffentlicher Banken Deutschlands) and Frank M. Bauer (Sparkasse KölnBonn).
