Das Montagesystem für Mikrofone und Monitore „m!ka“ wurde um einen Mikrofonarm, den „m!ka Mic Arm TV“ ergänzt, der sich durch sein innovatives Design insbesondere für Fernsehübertragungen und Visual Radio eignet.
Eine interessante Neuankündigung aus Yellowtec‘s Produktpalette ist die sogenannte „Realtime LEA Engine“. Dieses Feature, bisher ausschließlich integriert in Yellowtec‘s „iXm Recording Mikrofon“ für Reporter, ermöglicht durch eine perfekte automatische Pegelaussteuerung außergewöhnlich gute Aufnahmen. Yellowtec kündigte an, die patentgeschützte Technologie bald auch in Echtzeit in ihrem beliebten „PUC2-Mic“ Audio Interface verfügbar zu machen.
„Die LEA-Engine ist insbesondere für diejenigen interessant, die nicht die Zeit oder das technische Hintergrundwissen mitbringen, um eine perfekte Aussteurung manuell herzustellen“, so Reinhard Gallos, Product Manager bei Yellowtec. „Die LEA-Technologie hat sich bereits beim iXm auf breiter Front bewährt und eignet sich in der Echtzeit-Version vor allem für Live-Anwendungen“ so Gallos weiter.
