Xpert-Timer project time tracker is a professional tool for all project managers to extract detailled information about ongoing projects. A user access management system within Xpert-Timer allows the manager to limit the visibility of information in regards to the projects to the members of the project team. The client manager in the time tracking software is perfect for call centers to use. By choosing the client your can immediately start tracking the time on the support project. Additionally you can set the client relationship status, create user defined fields, add note to the client or assign the client to a certain category.
An additional plus to the functionality of Xpert-Timer ist the installed software. You can use a company based MySQL or MS-SQL Server in order to keep all your client data save in your company. The single user version is based on SQLite, which is included in the setup.
The software licensing is a "buy once and use forever" license. No additional monthly costs for the purchased version of Xpert-Timer. There's an optional software assurance package, in case you always want to stay up to date on the software releases and receive them automatically.
