Das dreitätige Konferenzprogramm setzt sich zusammen aus den Wirtschaftsforen, Workshops aus der Wissenschaft und dem W3C-Tag vom Deutsch-Österreichischen Büro des World Wide Web Consortiums. Die Xinnovations führen Lösungsanbieter, Entwickler und Anwender innovativer Informationstechnologien mit Entscheidern aus den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Verwaltung und Politik zusammen. Sie dienen der Vernetzung von Akteuren in Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft, Politik und Verwaltung, um dauerhafte Kooperationsnetzwerke zu etablieren. Im Programm geht es u.a. um die Themenbereiche: Design & Innovation, E-Government, E-Justice, E-Living, E-Manufacturing & Supply, E-Marketing und Internet der Dienste.
Das Projekt Corporate Semantic Web (CSW) und die gleichnamige Arbeitsgruppe an der Freien Universität Berlin laden ein zu Workshops im Bereich semantischer Web-Technologien.
