Pünktlich zur Weihnachtszeit wurde das Release Xeditor 5.0 fertiggestellt. Änderungen und Kommentare werden übersichtlicher dargestellt. Integrationen laufen schneller und der Editor ist noch benutzerfreundlicher.

Teamarbeit

Alle Änderungen und Kommentare werden nun kontextbezogen direkt neben dem Text angezeigt. Diskussionen werden übersichtlicher und lassen sich noch besser nachverfolgen.

Darüber hinaus unterstützt der Editor Kommentare mit Antwortmöglichkeit, sodass das Kommentieren und Beantworten von Kommentaren möglich wird.

Blackbox

Obwohl Xeditor fast ausschließlich mit den wichtigsten Websprachen (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS) arbeitet, müssen einzelne Funktionen andere Dienste in Anspruch nehmen. In der neusten Version von Xeditor werden die Dienste mit der Middleware-Ebene (Blackbox) abgewickelt, so dass Integrationen (z.B., .NET, Python, Java, etc.) und Aktualisierungen vereinfacht werden.

Node & npm

Xeditor ist jetzt über npm erhältlich. Um das Release zu erhalten, gehen Sie auf "npm update". Das Demo-Paket ist in Node.js programmiert.

Xeditor

Xeditor ist ein webbasierter Editor für strukturierte Inhalte, mit dem medienneutrale und wiederverwendbare Dokumente, beispielsweise im XML-Format, erstellt werden.
