Wunderlich virtual: Edition 35 GS Conversions

(PresseBox) (Grafschaft-Ringen, )
Last Saturday, 04.07.2020, the first virtual bike online exhibition took place at the headquarter of Wunderlich! As part of the live event „Wunderlich virtual: instead of Garmisch“, which was streamed live via Facebook, the BMW specialists presented two completely modified BMW R 1250 GS models!

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of Wunderlich GmbH, the celebrators presented two concept bikes with the title: EDITION 35, under which very special and exclusive products have already appeared on the market in 2020. The birthday-travel-enduros now also belong to this hand-selected product portfolio. With the customary high-quality components, two brand-new BMW R 1250 GS have been turned into an enduro with world travelling character (EDITION 35 #1) and a GS in Supermoto style (EDITION 35 #2) equipped with many carbon parts.

To the question of why one takes a GS conversion to the chest, managing director Frank Hoffmann answered: „It is always a challenge to make vehicles that are already very good by themselves even more unique or special, and that is what we have now tried to do. We always try to create the motorcycles for everyone individually. In the case of the 17-inch version (EDITION 35 #2), clearly in the direction of road, performance, dynamic. Here you have the opportunity to ride very sporty tyre combinations because of the rim combination. So, a very sporty street bike. ...And the off-road version, with the appropriate equipment, especially the protective components, is a motorcycle with which you can also go on a long journey through the desert. We wanted to show you how to create these completely different types of use from one and the same model“.

In the usual manner, the concept bikes from Grafschaft-Ringen are not only optically impressive, they are also significantly more powerful and precisely adapted to the respective area of application due to the special suspension modifications and possible further improvements.

Also, typically Wunderlich: The bikes are not only meant to be viewed, almost all components are offered to customers to individualize their GS!
