ÖPNV–Fachkonferenz tagte in Wuppertal

Am 16. und 17. Oktober fand in Wuppertal die 51. ÖPNV-Fachkonferenz "Kontiki" mit dem Fokus "Kundenservice und Vertrieb in der digitalen Welt" statt. Gastgebendes Verkehrsunternehmen war die WSW mobil GmbH, die die rund 150 Teilnehmer aus ganz Deutschland, den Niederlanden, der Schweiz, Österreich und Belgien in der Historischen Stadthalle Wuppertal begrüßten konnte. Themen auf der Konferenz waren beispielsweise neue Entwicklungsperspektiven durch die Digitalisierung von Fahrausweisen, NFC-Technologie als Chipkartenersatz und der Zusammenschluss von VRR-Verkehrsunternehmen zu einer Vertriebsallianz.
