Mit dem TERRA Mobile 1430 bringt die WORTMANN AG neben dem TERRA Mobile 1330 eine weitere strapazierfähige mobile Lösung auf den Markt. Der robuste Begleiter mit einer Displaygröße von 35,6 cm (14 Zoll - Nonglare) ist ab 1339 Euro (UVP) ab sofort ab Lager verfügbar.

Die spezielle Lagerung der Festplatte schützt das Notebook vor Datenverlusten bei Stürzen und Erschütterungen. Tastatur und Touchpad sind gegen eindringende Flüssigkeit geschützt. Es erfüllt den Militär Standard MIL STD 810F (Sturztest/Vibration).

Das optisch attraktive Notebook hat neben einer Intel® Core(TM) 2 Duo T6570-CPU eine ansprechende Ausstattung. Mit einem Arbeitsspeicher von 3 GByte, einer 320 GByte Festplatte und Multinorm DVD-Brenner besticht es den User. Darüber hinaus wird das TERRA Mobile 1430 mit dem neuen Microsoft Betriebssystem Windows 7 Pro ausgeliefert.
