Der Worldsoft AppShop basiert auf der PWA-Technik, die von Google initiiert wurde. Eine progressive Web App (PWA) ist eine mobil nutzbare Weblösung, die die vorteilhaftesten Eigenschaften von App und Webseiten in einem System verbinden.

Die PWA von Alibaba verzeichnet unter iOS 14 % mehr Nutzer und konnte die Conversion um 76 % steigern. Unter Android werden sogar 30 % mehr Nutzer vermerkt.

Der AppShop (PWA) kann über jedes Endgerät online aufgerufen werden. Er verfügt dabei über Funktionen einer nativen App, wie z.B. Add to Homescreen, Push-Nachrichten empfangen und Offline-Modus.

Der AppShop (PWA) funktioniert unabhängig von iOS und Android und muss nicht aus einem App Store geladen werden. Der Shop ist sofort bei Aufruf der URL oder des QR-Codes einsatzbereit und funktioniert auf jedem Smartphone und Tablet.

Geringe Entwicklerkosten, keine Updatekosten, Optik und Bedienbarkeit sind weitere Vorteile des Worldsoft AppShops.
