Die W.I.S. Gruppe erwirbt den Elektrotechnikdienstleister Schramm GmbH Elektrotechnik („Schramm“) mit Sitz in Stadtilm, Großraum Erfurt (Thüringen).

Schramm ist ein hoch reputierlicher regionaler Elektrotechnikdienstleister und langjähriger Partner der W.I.S. Gruppe. Das Dienstleistungsspektrum umfasst insbesondere die Bereiche Elektroinstallationen, Netzwerktechnik, Lichtwellenleitertechnik und Zutrittskontrollsysteme.

Zum 01. Januar 2016 werden die Aktivitäten in einer neuen Gesellschaft als 100% Tochtergesellschaft der W.I.S. Gruppe unter der Firma „W.I.S. Technik + Service GmbH“ fortgeführt.
