Winterhalter has launched the "STR 110", a new single-tank rack conveyor dishwasher. The "STR" stands for "single tank rack" and this machine is compact, economical and extremely powerful, with a throughput of 110 racks per hour (*). A highly flexible dishwash system means the STR 110 can handle a wide variety of tableware and glasses, always producing optimum results. Its compact size makes it ideal for restaurateurs, hoteliers and industrial caterers who are short of space.

The STR 110 – Total Warewash Package
A powerful dishwashing system, with optimum speed, rack-controlled zone activation and a special glasswashing programme: that's the total warewash package offered by the STR 110. The dishwashing system, consisting of a powerful pump and five wash arms on top, as well as three on the bottom (all easy to remove), works with total coverage, cleaning every piece completely.
The concave shape of the nozzles disperses the water uniformly over the dishes and glasses and thus ensures the best possible results. At the push of a button, users can choose between a standard and a fast programme, thus setting the optimum speed for differing amounts of dishes and how dirty they are. The fast programme also helps save time and money by handling increased demand during peak times. The STR 110's rack-controlled zone activation activates the pump and supplies fresh water to a zone only if there are actually dishes or glasses in this zone. This lowers operating costs as well as reducing noise and vapour emissions. The special glasswashing programme, with its reduced rinsing temperature of 65C, enables glass-friendly washing.

Only 1300 mm long, 800 mm deep and with an input height of 460 mm, it can be set up in many different ways and connected to various table combinations. The integrated Mediamat purifier constantly removes particles of dirt from the washwater, so the machine constantly achieves good results, without having to refill the tank. This continuous filtration not only reduces consumption, it saves time, too.
