Die SCP-Zertifizierung erstreckt sich auf alle zum Geschäftsbereich EMEA gehörenden Support-Einheiten in Deutschland, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Schweden, Italien und Israel. Die SCP-Standards messen und beurteilen die Qualität der kundenbezogenen Dienste eines Unternehmens wie Kundendienst, Support, Professional Services oder e-Service-Angebote auf Grundlage strenger Leistungsmerkmale.
